Leadership With Deep Industry Expertise

Iron Horse Restoration was founded by Adam, a restoration professional with over 20 years of industry experience. He began his career in Destin, Florida, before returning to his home state of Virginia, where he gained hands-on experience across multiple roles within the restoration industry.

Adam holds certifications through the IICRC and ACAC, including Water Restoration (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Certified Mold Remediator (CMRS), Odor Control (OCT), Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), and Large Loss Mastery. His knowledge and leadership guide every project we take on.

Veteran-Owned Values and a Commitment to Service

Adam served in the United States Marine Corps as an M1A1 Tank Crewman. The name Iron Horse Restoration honors the M1A1 Battle Tank and reflects the company’s foundation of discipline, strength, and reliability.

His vision for Iron Horse Restoration is rooted in providing honest, high-quality work at fair prices while giving back to the communities that surround him. Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his son’s sports teams, and traveling for his daughter’s competitive cheer events.

Experienced Leadership and Project Management

Carl, Vice President of Iron Horse Restoration, brings more than 20 years of experience in construction and restoration. Raised in northern Maine, he learned the value of hard work and craftsmanship while helping his family build and operate a lodge and guide service.

Carl has managed thousands of restoration projects along the East Coast, with much of his career focused on serving homeowners and businesses in Virginia. His passion for the region and its people led him and Adam to establish Iron Horse Restoration in 2025.

Alex brings years of hands-on experience in water mitigation and restoration and is certified by the IICRC in Water Restoration (WRT). Another member of our leadership team, Alex, has over five years of experience in restoration and mitigation, working his way from Technician to Crew Chief, Asbestos Supervisor, and Project Manager. Certified in asbestos mitigation, he is known for reassuring clients and ensuring every project is completed with care and precision.

Jabari brings four years of restoration experience and over ten years of marketing and customer service expertise.
